Clarity Cars are able to exclusively offer Indoor Parking for those customers who want their vehicles protected from all the elements of the Spanish climate.

Your vehicle will be kept in our indoor parking facility in Torre Pacheco which is fully insured with 24 hour CCTV. Our Indoor Parking facility is fitted with regulated fire safety equipment consisting of heat detectors, fire extinguishers, fire hoses and all beams are sprayed with R90 fire retardant paint - we are one of the very few indoor parking facilities that have installed fire safety equipment.

We offer the following contracts:

Single Airport - Murcia Airport

€400.00

Includes unlimited pickups and drop offs - pre-exit check -complimentary exterior wash on collection

Should you require to pickup/drop off at Alicante there will be a surcharge of €35.00 each transfer

Dual Airport - Alicante and Murcia Airports

Option 1

€500.00

Includes unlimited pickups and drop offs Murcia and 6 (12 transfers) Alicante - pre-exit check -complimentary exterior wash on collection

Option 2

€600.00

Includes unlimited pickups and drop offs at both Murcia or Alicante - pre-exit check -complimentary exterior wash on collection

Clarity Cars ask for a minimum of 7 days notice of your arrival and departure. As we track all incoming flights to ensure we are aware of any early or delayed arrivals, we request that customers provide us with their incoming flight number and arrival time.

Clarity Cars will cover the cost of parking when collecting the vehicle on your departure with customers covering the cost of parking when collecting their vehicle on arrival. Our aim is to ensure your vehicle is not left in the airport car park for more than 1 hour whenever possible.

Vehicles are to be parked in the Public Car Park at both airports. On parking your vehicle at the airport ready for your arrival, Clarity Cars will send you a photo of your vehicle with the bay number via WhatsApp and leave the parking ticket inside the vehicle. On returning the vehicle on departure, we ask that customers take a photo of their vehicle with the bay number and send it to us via WhatsApp and leave the parking ticket inside the vehicle.

We ask that customers ensure that on leaving their vehicle it has been refuelled to FULL.

Whilst Clarity Cars are driving your vehicle, they do so with your permission under your fully comprehensive vehicle insurance.

Customers are to ensure all legally required documentation is kept in the vehicle - log book, ITV log, insurance certificate.

Please see below instructions for parking at both Alicante and Murcia Airports.

MURCIA AIRPORT

Clarity Cars will park your vehicle in the Public car park, Zone C (opposite arrivals and the rental offices).

On you return please park the car in the same area of Zone C in the Public car park.

ALICANTE AIRPORT

Clarity Cars will park your vehicle in the Public multistorey car park, Level 5, Zone B. On your return please park in the same area on Level 5, Zone B (as you enter the car park, go through the barrier or your far right, drive all the way to the top and turn right into Zone B).

EXTRAS

Whilst you are away and we are looking after your vehicle, we will ensure that your vehicle is started on a regular basis if you choose not to disconnect the battery. We are also able to offer you the following services for a small fee:

Children’s Car Seats

Mechanical maintenance

Body Repairs

Digital Certificates

(we recommend that all customers have a digital certificate, this enables you to have access to all relevant online applications in respect of your vehicle in order you can pay your car tax, traffic violations etc).
